MANUAL SUBMISSION OF SCORES IN GENERAL PLAY

The federated member must request pre-registration at the golf course and submit the score to the Home Club.

IN DATAGOLF

CHECK PRE-REGISTRATION

Tournaments/Results -> EDS Pre-Registration -> Find the pre-registration and check the data (date/time, name/number of federation member, marker, golf course, tees played, nr. of holes)..

REGISTER THE SCORE

Identify the Score: Players/Members -> Players -> Find the Player -> Score Input button -> Yes or New EDS/Away – > Enter the data (EDS, format, date, time) -> OK
Identify the Golf Course: Change Course button -> Select Golf Course, nr. of holes and tees played -> OK -> OK
Register the Score: insert the hole by hole strokes -> Save

SUBMIT THE SCORE

Tournaments/Results -> Sending EDS/Aways to Server -> Select the score -> Send to Server -> Yes -> Continue -> You may check the score in the Club Area

Note – If any amendment is required:

Delete the score in the Club Area (Instructions here)
In Datagolf, update the score and activate sending again (Tournaments/Results -> Sending EDS/Aways to Server)
