INITIAL HANDICAP ALLOCATION

The affiliated player needs to have one, or more, registered acceptable scores for handicap purposes, from the current or previous year.

The Home Club has to verify with the affiliated player if they have been affiliated with handicap outside Portugal, and if so import the scores before the allocation.

To allocate a Handicap Index lower than 2.0, please contact the HCRC of the Federation.

IN THE CLUB AREA

Administration -> Initial Handicap -> Select the player -> Initial (pencil icon)
The system suggests a value. The Handicap Committee may accept or give a lower or higher value, based on the player’s ability
Insert the value -> Confirm

Note: If the player is not available on the list for Initial Handicap, this means that the player does not have, at least, one score registered.
