CLASSIFICATION/RESULTS TYPES

The definition of the tournament classification/results types should be based on the pre-defined Terms of Competition.

The selection of classification/results types is important for using online results links, since these are the types that become available (See DGLinks Instructions)

The selection of classification/result types is fundamental for using rankings/orders of merit, which are based on the results from these classifications.

SET UP TYPES OF CLASSIFICATION

Tournaments/Results -> Tournaments -> New/Change Tournament -> Classification Types -select the chosen classification types (double click or drag). The classification types selected for the tournament are listed in the lower box.

It is recommended that the chosen classification types are duly checked or created, before the tournament, according to the following procedures::

CHECK CLASSIFICATION TYPES

Tournaments/Results -> Classification Types -> double click on type -> check the selected criteria

CREATE A NEW CLASSIFICATION TYPE

When there is the need to create a new classification type:

Tournaments/Results -> Predefined Classification Types -> New Type -> write the description -> choose criteria -> Save
