SCORES IN GENERAL PLAY

ACCESS TO SINGLE SCORES

Club Area -> Administration -> Single Scores

General play scores are listed, according to the available search options.

By default, the scores submitted will be integrated for calculations at the end of the day.

SEARCH

Club Area -> Administration -> Single Scores- > Search

Search by federation number or between any dates.

DISPLAY DETAILS

Club Area -> Administration -> Single Scores- > Icon Actions

To check more information about the score.

– Player: identification and pre-registration data

. Score Date: data/time filled in by the player.

. Registration Date: date/time of card creation automatically registered by the system. It is highlighted when later than the “Score Date”.

. Sending Date: date/time of sending the score, automatically registered.

– Score: Course, tees and summary of score.

– Marker: identification.

– Image, if available.

REJECT ACCEPTABLE HANDICAP STATUS

Club Area -> Administration -> Single Scores- > Icon Actions -> “Reject HCP Status” button”

The button is available for 14 days.

Rejection may take place on the day of submission of the score or after, within the period indicated above. The rejected score is no longer used in the handicap calculation at the end of the day.

That is, if the score does not yet show the score differential (SD) it will not count for handicapping purposes, and if it does, it will be removed in the calculation for next day’s handicap.

Regarding scores in general play:

The Handicap Committee monitors the scores, both in terms of administrative procedures and in terms of ability profiles, in particular by comparing differential scores in competitions and in general play.
There are special conditions for scores in general play, for handicaps lower than 2.0 or with a score differential lower than 2.0.
